OUR THOUGHTS: We love the simple nature of this cover! The beautifully crafted bird in the air, the rolls of string attached to it's tail, the branch with an intricate nest against a dark backdrop gives off a haunting feel. The bird trying to break free from the strings gives off a feeling of desperation and need. The cover sort of breaks your heart while luring you in. Knowing the book concerns mental illness, we think the cover is a perfect fit and we're looking forward to discovering the story behind it!
